The Safe Families Partnership Network (SFPN) provides care coordination to children and families who are victims of
violence. Other risk factors include child abuse or neglect, child chronic absenteeism, and child disruptive behaviors. The
referrals are accepted from Law Enforcement, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, iAttend!, DCF, Court system, and self-referrals
(walk-ins). The SFPN works with high risk populations of children and youth aged 0-17 and up to 22 if disabled, along
with their families and caregivers who reside in the South Dade community. The SFPN provides care coordination, family
team conferencing, access to support and family stabilization services, the partnerships provides parenting classes,
trauma informed services, and civil and immigration legal services. Referrals are made to local agencies for other needed
family services.
